DELIVERY & RETURNS
All our products are responsibly and carefully hand packed in sustainable packaging.
Our delivery options are:
Free Standard UK Delivery (Mon-Sat) - 2 to 3 working days on all orders. A signature will be required.
USA Standard Delivery:
Monday-Friday - 3 to 10 working days on all orders - $30.
European Standard Delivery:
Monday- Friday - 3 to 7 working days - EURO15.00.
Rest of the World Delivery:
Monday – Friday - up to 14 working days - $30.00.
1.1 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 working days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original packaging, undamaged, unused or gently/lightly used (less than 5% usage). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It is important to note that the condition of the goods being returned will be considered before making a refund and / or when making a refund.
1.2. The goods shall be returned to us without any delay in any circumstance not later than 14 working days from the day on which you have communicated to us about your order cancellation.
1.3. Sens8ate Skincare is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery unless the goods are returned to us before the 14 working days has expired.
1.4. The cost of returning the goods to us will be your own.
1.5. We encourage you to ensure that the goods are packaged securely and for your own peace of mind / protection, we recommend a use of recorded / tracked delivery service as we will not take responsibility for any liability of goods lost or damaged in transit.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
2.1 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3.1 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, depending on the reason of the return, a replacement or exchange may be offered.
4.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5. SENDING A RETURN
5.1 To start a cancellation or return of your order, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.2 For any item that has been damaged or faulty on arrival, please provide any details related to the damage including photographs.
5.3 We may request for further information during our investigation based on what you have submitted.
6. BUNDLES / SETS
6.1 For all products purchased as a set, should all be returned as a set.
